Favre

Heck, I'd take Tarkenton back but he's old now and his knees are shot. Make that Bud Grant. Now he was a good coach.

It's not just who Favre played for, it's his attitude. And he's very interception prone at the Metrodome, as I'm sure you know. I don't know if that would change or not if he were playing for the home crowd.

I always thought of him as not a great QB (like Unitas, Staubach, Montana, etc.) but a darned good one. What lessened my opinion of him personally was what he did to his former team last year. I should probably laugh about the situation, the Packers being such a hated rival and all but I think it's awful the position he put GB in - officially retiring, then coming back. I have to say I am very impressed the way GB handled the whole thing. You have some good people there making decisions.

No Favre, thank you
As a side note, I DO NOT want Favre. He threw enough interceptions at the Metrodome when he was a Packer. He had about 5 really good years, he's a shell of himself, is a spoiled rotten brat and takes on too much of the game himself.

Vikings: Just say no to Favre.
