Former resident here was deadbeat

In Reply to: not my mail - swimming in mail

The mail deliverer personally told me when I moved in they know the person does not live here and wouldn't give us his mail, but they still do.  Even after our house number was changed by 911 authority, and we were sent letters that they would not send mail addressed to the "old" house number, we still get his mail.  Even though they wrote the names of the people who actually get mail here inside my mailbox for the carriers to see, they still put his mail in my box.  Doesn't matter if I write "return to sender - not at this address" or throw it in the trash, the mail continues to come here.

The minute we moved in his creditors started calling (and our new number was formerly a video store's).  All based on the (former!) service address.  They refuse to believe he actually could have moved away, even though I purchased the house from the bank that foreclosed on him, and my name on the the deed is as much a "public record" as the service address of my phone.

Now his old friends (some really creepy looking folks) have started dropping by looking for him.  It seems like nobody on the planet can understand the concept that he MOVED OUT.  So it could be worse, be glad its just mail you're getting.

DEADBEAT FORMER EMPLOYER
Tell HR person you insist on speaking NOW to someone who does have the authority to make a decision and have them cut a check today to be sent to you by messenger TODAY. If they bumble and stumble around, then tell them you are now starting legal proceedings -- and do it. Small Claims Court is easy if you have documentation, and pretty cheap.

Resident Evil was scariest because it could happen
who knows???
Resident evil Apoc? That sounds AWESOME!
I love those things. Are there any others like that you could recommend? I am a member of Columbia House DVD and they have a sale and I was looking up sci fi, fantasy, and there were so many to choose from, I did not know which to choose. I heard the 400 is good. Also there is a movie out I think Alien v Predator. Sorry to get off topic, just wondered if you can suggest any other good things to watch.
Played Prey on Xbox 360 and watched Resident Evil Apocalypse
yay!!!
