It's a joyous occasion to you and that's all and well, but the public, whom you do not know, does not need to know that personal information. It brings a graphic image many of would not rather try to picture. That's like me telling you how large or small or what shape, size, form, and smell my bowel movements are.

Children are wonderful gifts and celebrate them all you want. Birthdays are a great time for get togethers. The moment of conception is a totally private moment between you and your partner and that's the way it should stay.
