Talk to your superiors at the 2nd job. Maybe they can assign you at least one dictator that you can do early a.m. If you are reliable, they may agree. I would in a nice way let the MTSO know that you are available in the early a.m. Unfortunately if this is IC work, then they really don't need to provide any amount of work at any given time. You may want to try an employee part-time position with a company for your early a.m. hours with guaranteed work.
