I am an allergy sufferer myself, mostly with dust mites, and it can get bad this time of year with all the additional allergens in the air in the southern US. Someone asked me if I had ever tried a Neti Pot. I knew what they were, but was convinced something so simple could not possibly work for me. I was wrong! I use this nearly every night now and it has helped tremendously. You might want to try it. I cannot believe how much better I feel using it and can definitely tell if I miss a night.
