and either put the rest in your attic/garage, or give them away to your local school for their gift/raffle events, or sell them on ebay/garage sale. Or worst come to worst, tell her you need to thin out your collection and see if she would like any of them back for herself or to give to others. My MIL gives me all things she does not want that others have given her, some I keep, most I toss. She knows that most of it gets trashed though and luckily has no problem with that.
