it has turkey, cheese, ham, and some other ingredients,  It's basically a casserole smothered in gravy.  Made famous when it was first served at the historic Brown Hotel in downtown Louisville way back when. 


I lived in Louisville for five years and used to work at the U of L Hospital and everybody went nuts when it was hot brown day in the cafeteria at work!  So naturally I was curious and that's basically the story I got.
