cute dog. Is he a pomeranian? I always hear about big dogs with those sorts of problems. I wish I had some wisdom for you, but I don't know what I'd do either. I'm just very sorry he's having such problems and you are having to make such a difficult decision. I certainly wish dogs could live longer, healthier lives. It is just so hard.
