Do you claim all your donations

I do not claim what I give to church. I just don't think it's right to use that ... MY PERSONAL OPINION ONLY!

I haven't ever claimed what I give to goodwill or anything like that.

Maybe he needs some Viagra and is asking for donations---lol

Donations for victims of Omaha mall shootings

Hi all you fellow MTs,

I live in the Omaha area where the recent mall shootings took place. It has been a devastating incident, as you might imagine. One of my friends went to the mall that day and instead of going to Von Maur first as she normally would, she decided to start her shopping at a different store. She would have been right in the area of the shooting.

Most of those killed or wounded were Von Maur employees. I work in a trauma center and we still have one of the victims there.

If anyone would like to make a donation to the victims' fund, the best way would be to go to the wowt.com web site and click on "how to help" on the left-hand side of the home page.

Thanks to all. Keep the families in your prayers, please.

I don't claim to know much about but as - sm
far as I know any deposit money the buyer has put down on your house goes into an escrow account (not into your pocket--and this is considered a downpayment), then at settlement the money in the escrow account is applied to the sale price of the house. The money is the buyers until settlement; granted they may lose some or all of that money if they pull out of the deal depends on how your state/or realtor handles that problem, I think they are all different. If they did pull out, then in theory you would get their deposit money, either all or minus some commission for the realtor as well. No matter what you will not see a penny until the papers are all signed, sealed and delivered.
I claim all.
I have 2 large bags to take in right now but haven't because I need to itemize a list first. It really helps during tax time. A donation is a donation whether you claim it on your taxes or not.
Priests claim
that Catholic confession is done so they can absolve you of your sins. Only Christ can do that. I've never heard a priest say confession was to make people feel better! Confession is not the same as counseling.

Quick definitions (absolution)

noun: the act of absolving or remitting; formal redemption as pronounced by a priest in the sacrament of penance
noun: the condition of being formally forgiven by a priest in the sacrament of penance
When filing a homeowners claim consider this...sm
Homeowner's policies are determined by how many claims you file in "x" period of time, not the dollar amount. Therefore if you file a claim for instance for the carpeting and the replacement is $4000, then have another claim then you'll probably be cancelled or have rates go up, regardless of whether or not the next claim is for something with a high ticket dollar amount or not.

It is generally recommended by the insurance industry to not file claims for things that aren't for major ticket items, i.e. a fire or loss of thousands of dollars worth of stuff.
I would tell your sister that either they claim the loss on their homeowners ins.

Kind of hurts her claim that she is not a gold-digger - sm
When I first heard this I assumed it was $20K a month, which is a bit more reasonable, though still nuts; but $20K a day, what does she do buy gold plates every day and dispose of them? I could do a lot wtih $600,000 a month. I doubt she will get that though, maybe her lawyers figured they'd start with some totally outragous amount so she could end up getting what she attually wants (i.e. $20K a month or $100K, whatever it is). It will probably all end up being sealed in the end so no one will know.
