The other 2 I would just drop off in town. However now that the gas is getting so high, I figure it is cheaper to mail them. One of the 2 that I pay in town does offer on-line payment (my water bill), but they only accept charge cards and charge an extra $2 to process, so I only do that if I am out of town and don't have the current invoice.
