I missed your post on buying foreclosures last year. There is a foreclosure in our area; the price had dropped already by 8500 (still too high for my blood), what is the procedure you went through? Is there a way to make an offer for a lot less and get the house? Do I just wait it out to see if it continues to drop in price and I can afford it? This is a beautiful three bdr home on the lake, would love to end up back there . . . I have been watching it for about six weeks now. Any suggestions?
