I do - sm

Do not know if I can be of any help in this.  I was just officially diagnosed last month actually.  I have what they call "benign MS".  I had a massive flare three years ago and I thought I was having a stroke.  It took a while for the definitive diagnosis but I've had no new flares or progression in 2 years and no changes on my serial MRIs.  I do find that I tire easier and at times have trouble with cognitive skills.  I learned that naps are your best friend.  Stay active.  KEep your mind working and thinking.  I'm a lucky one who is not on medication at this time.  They said that unless I have a new flare it would not benefit me and to wait in the event anything changes.  HOpefully it wont.  Best advice my doc gave me was to go home and live my life rather than sit and wait for the next time to come.  My thoughts are definitely with you.
