I have a question for both of you sm

I was slightly anemic after having my kids (of course, we lose so much blood and stuff).  anyway, doctors didn't make a big deal of it.  my youngest is 6.  i bruise easily, don't even know how i get the bruises, and my hair comes out very easy.  not that i have bald patches on my head or anything like that, but if i run my hands through my hair, there's always hair that comes out.  you should see the drain in my shower when i'm dong washing my hair.  i just wondered if being anemic, you bruise easily.  i think i'll look up information about it. 

so do you just take iron supplements???
