Thank you so much for your kind words, Penny.

It's not so much feeling bad about going on disability (though that is part of it).  It just feels that in the last three years since I've been diagnosed with all this, I was naive enough to believe I could still work, and I did, though the first year, my income was cut in half and declined every year after.  First, I lost, of all things, my healthy insurance when the premium went from $622 to $711.  Then I lost my car when it was repossessed.  I had BEGGED them for months to take this car because I was sick and couldn't afford it.  They finally did, and as far as I know, they're not going to sue me for the difference they got at auction and the amount financed, which some of them do, so I'm appreciateive for that.  Then I lost my phone.  Though I still have my internet, I am probably going to lose that soon because the price keeps getting higher and higher and higher.  (Do you or anyone else know of a reliable cable TV/internet service that might be less expensive?)

I believe my Social Security hearing is going to be scheduled within a few months.  I've already been infromed that my monthly payment wll be around $1,000 which, to me, sounds like a million dollars.  I also have permission to work and earn a few hundred more a month.  Problem seems to be I  can't wrok, and so the biggest thing to me, that I lost, was my job because I loved that job and had a great employer.

I had to smile to read, "I have always so much enjoyed your viewpoints on this board, as we share very similar ones, so I hope you will continue to post on here."  LOL.  You might have enjoyed my viewpoints, but there ain't too many others who do, eh?  And, as usual, I don't care.  I think continuing to post there would be thereapeutic for me.  The only problem is that I can't keep up with the news and there are days at a time when my computer isn't even on.

I can't even begin to thank you for your support.  It means very, very much to me.

P.S.  I also want to apologize if there are typos in my posts.  I'm usually a perfectionist in spelling and punctuation, and I've lost a great deal of it.  Just can't do it any more.  I had found myself making little mistakes in my jobs and hopefully fixed them all before sending them back, but I'm not sure.  That's another reason I quit.  My employer deserved the best, and she wasn't getting that from me.  I figured it was better to quitinsted of being fired for having something like a 50% accuracy number.

I wouldn't spend so much as a penny... sm

At any store that sells puppies and kittens.  Why?  Because they all come from puppy mills or other questionable "breeders" (despite their denials).  I would never put money in the pockets of a puppy miller.

If your scissors aren't sharp enough, you can end up
literally sawing them off, which DOES hurt. (Trust me.)

I have also tied a thread tightly around the base, which cuts off the blood flow and they will die and fall off in a few days without pain.
I have an original knife with his picture
on it that my parents got me when I was little (telling my age now, LOL).
After I cut up a salad with my fork and knife
I lick the dressing off my knife (even in restaurants). I can't stop myself. Life my BFF says, at least you have admitted you have a problem, that is the first step.
Thank you for your input HENNY PENNY!

"Where are the knife blades?"

You've probably heard about the Sunday school teacher, Melissa Huckaby, who has been arrested for kidnapping & murdering 8-year-old Sandra Cantu in Tracy, CA.

So this morning the news says in the days before her arrest, she tried to commit suicide by swallowing THREE  "X-acto" knife blades.  Those things are SHARP!  What I'd like to know is, if that's true, why isn't she in the hospital undergoing major surgery?  How could a person even swallow ONE?  You'd think it would get caught in your throat.

Is it actually possible to swallow something like that?  Seems un-imaginable to me.

My gravy is so good but you need a knife to spread it!
What I have never been able to master was meatloaf and I love it. Mine always with anyway I make it comes out tasting just like cooked hamburger, no difference, might as well fix me a burger!
You snip them off yourself, with scissors? Does it not HURT? Isn't there a lot of blood? sm
Sorry for my response - you shocked me. I was hoping for responses, but never expected one like this. javascript:editor_insertHTML('text','');

Famous last words. Only a penny. Say that every year and then what? nm

Yeah...might not if you use blunt scissors to "take care of business" LOL
Sorry..I'm evil today but cheaters have HUGE issues..I was an "other woman" and trust me..it isn't just the wives they lie to.  I loved this "married" man for years and years, but you know how that goes...He was going to leave her for me..always..just needed to wait until the kids were grown, worried about breaking his mom's heart...etc..I learned a long hard lesson about cheaters. I feel sorry for his wife. She never deserved that.
