It might seem that way to you,

but you should thank your lucky stars that nobody in your life is putting you in this kind of a situation.  I have had it happen to me with a bipolar sibling, and it is frustrating and downright exhausting.  The worst part is when the authorities wimp out on you when you need them most and tell you there is nothing they can do.  The crazies have all the rights and the peaceful, law-abiding folks get the short end of the stick.  It's not fair that somebody else can create chaos in your life, but don't accuse Curious Girl for liking the attention.  She is at her wits' end and feeling helpless. 

Hang in there Curious Girl.  Do what you can to get him in jail.  He is getting dangerous.
