 I have heard that if you wear chapstick under the lipstick (any brand) it helps the lipstick to stay put. I'm not a lipstick person -- I just like gloss but I did try it a few times and it does seem to work.

Lipstick pepper spray
Thought the pepper spray in disguise was a good idea for anyone. Couldn't find anything like the one you mentioned, but there is a pepper spray that looks like a tube of lipstick for 8.99 at this website if anyone is interested.
