We have built and sold homes for years, but my brother-in-law owns a modular home business. In past years, modulars have been some amazing advancements, and other than some seams (where the parts of the home come together) they are very similar to "stick" built homes. I personally stick prefer "stick" built, but the new modulars have a lot of curb appeal. Good luck in whatever you decide.
