We live in a world of sin. God will not make it heaven on earth because he wants us to come to him, follow him out of need and love and for salvation. If everything were perfect, we would not have felt the need for him. The whole reason he sent his Son here to die for you and me is to save us from this sinful world to have eternal life in heaven where there is NO death, illness, starvation or tears.
