I also have a small personalized candy business plus sewing and you absolutely cannot put disclaimers on your items...we've been told by CPSI that that will not make you any less liable. This is bad, bad, bad for small business. i do know if was one of the top 10 things brought to Obama's attention, we shall see if it helps.
