Banking accounts
Husband and I have been married for few years now and we definitely do not share our accts. We are on each others accts (as is my older daughter in case of our demise at the same time) but we pay separate bills (he pays house, vehicles), I pay for the smaller and then we split insurance and tax costs on home, vehicles and the like. There is NEVER a problem like this. I spend as I wish, he spends as he wishes and no question in my mind about his acct and he says nothing about mine. We decided this wsy before marriage and it works out great for us.
Anyone who has banking with Bank of America
you might want to know that the CEO of this bank has decided to let illegals have accounts here in the United States. No matter they are here illegally. I am in the process of changing banks.
From what I recall from my banking days -
It sounds like you had overdraft protection in place, which means the bank will cover the checks (usually up to a certain amount), but you will owe them fees. They have cleared those checks. No one outside of the bank has any idea there was not enough money in the account to cover them. Be very, very glad you had that service in place! Otherwise, you would owe a lot of money to each person you wrote a check to and could have been put on a list where they will not accept checks from you. Right now I would say to contact the bank to ask about paying off those fees with them.
Got question about banking accounts
I have my main account in the state where I live, direct deposit from my company and also have another account at the same bank where I get another check each month. My husband has a banking acct in another state (I am also signed onto that acct). I can transfer funds back and forth between my accounts at my bank but I was wondering if there would be any way to transfer a large amount to the out of state account. I know I could go into my bank close by and have the money wire transferred but gosh I would love to be able to do it over the internet, would save me time. Thanks.
I think he is going to be charged with a
felony, in fact 2, if I am hearing correctly. I live really close to Atlanta and I am so glad he would not have his trial here, too many of his peers serve on the court system and with his being on the Falcons, probably would have stars in their eyes and anything he might have done would not get a conviction. I would definitely not want the feds after me, ye gads!
I charged $10 per page. nm

Panhandling fees have certainly gone up!
Went to get a bite to eat today and buy some new shoes and a panhandler out on the street asked me for $100.00. I guess the inflation is hitting them hard also.
We have no fees as long as we keep - sm
$1K in the account at all times, it it falls below that (they average the total and divide by the number of days in the month) then they nail us for $7, but that is it though did have free checks too until last time, noticed they charged $30 for one box of checks (these are the plain green ones). Guess I should make sure they did no mess up and charge me by mistake but figured it probably was not a mistake. We also get charged $3 a month in our savings account but have that over the min. now so that is no more.
To be charged with a felony, that is pretty
significant for me. I definitely would not call this petty but like I said different people look at it, same as some folks think alright to smoke marijuana and then others consider a crime. I just believe in taking the high road myself. Remember, it was not just a bad burger, we are talking about a person going to the hospital. I would not consider petty with putting someone in the hospital, maybe intentionally. I am glad she was arrested from the demeanor I see. Yeh for the police.
Try a credit union. Don't pay fees; use
ajlajd
I have 4 bank accts and pay no fees at all.

Transfer your banking business to a free checking account
Washington Mutual Compass Bank, and many others offer completely free checking accounts. There’s no reason you should be paying maintenance and annual fees for a checking account.
Maybe, if agency lying, you can get any fees back

Chris Brown charged with 2 felonies
He should get some time for the beating. Once a beater.......
You are not obligated to pay doc fees, licensing, tax, admin
Whatever you do, go in with confidence. Tell them you will not pay for those fees; that is the obligation alone of the car dealership, not you. And don't fall for fees for undercarriage protection, etc. Look at the invoice price....state what you can/will pay and be firm. AND, if they want to sell a car bad enough, ask for an extended warranty WITHOUT you having to pay for it. You can always play the "I've got another car I'm looking at another dealership" card...

Just stay firm with what you are willing to pay. Let them know that is ALL you can pay and whatever you do, no matter how nervous you may feel with all that garbage talk they feed you, come across calm, cool, and collected. If the guy doesn't think he is going to get his way, he may push the manager for the price you are willing to pay!

Also, look at the same make and model online and see what other prices are put out there, so you can go in with a fair price and let them know, if they start pushing a higher price, that you CAN find it at a lower price.

GOOD LUCK!
Agree can be hidden fees no matter where bought.

This one too is a ridiculous headline-Hooters waitress charged in tot's death
relevant that she works at Hooters. I did not know to post the link, but apparently she left her son in the car, forgetting to take him to day care. Very sad.
This happened to me with a credit card, bought a printer and they never charged me for it on my stat
All of a sudden my card was canceled and the amount sent to the collection agency. They said I knew I bought it and should have sent in payments, even though it never appeared on the statement.
