Not particularly superstitious but beileve in karma!

I hate flying too so might try that M-n-M trick! LOL!

One superstitious thing I do is "knock on wood" to counteract some kind of jinx. My mom (Irish) has a bunch of them, especially the ladder one and umbrella one...

Not really superstitious, but my mother is very much so (sm)
She calls me on New Year's Eve and makes me promise not to do laundry because if you do, "someone in your family will die that year." I usually do not do laundry because she asks me not to, but I believe God controls these things and it has nothing to do with anything I do.
Laughing at myself...I saw a UFO, but not superstitious! LOL (sm)
just suddenly struck me as funny :-)
Not terribly superstitious, but...
I have dreams once in a while (couple times a year maybe) that tend to freak people out. I keep them to myself most times now but if something happens related to that dream, I say a little prayer.
Nope, not superstitious at all
I even have a black cat. I have a friend who's freaked out by the number 666. We when bowl (in our league) if one team comes up with a total of 666, and crosses herself and generally freaks out until the numbers change.
Not superstitious but did you see this?? Ghost? at gas station

I believe in Karma too

karma
I love this kind of stuff. One of those PITA doctors who either mumbles or speed talks and just irritates me to no end was dictating from home. The whole time he was dictating all I could hear in the background was his whiny spoiled kid screaming and crying about something not being fair. Ha! Back at you, doc. You deserve that bratty kid.
Not so much Karma
as him having the issues he has and continuing bad behavior.

Ever notice that most of the scamming crooks do that too? ... They often get wealthy and could get away with it, but they keep on going until they finally get caught.
I'm not particularly superstitious, but I did iron my thumb today. :)
Which I've never done.  I was ironing a shirt and was holding down the hem flat and ran the iron over my thumb.  Gotta nice blister and everything!  Then my dog tripped me with her leash on the way to the mailbox.  So I would say as far as Friday the 13th goes, I'm not having much luck.
It is called karma.

I wish you well -- because with that kind of karma
you're going to need it.
I'd pay it, otherwise I'd feel as though I were stealing which just isn't right. Karma wil

The ripple effect or Karma
I feel for the people who come to get advice or even vent and they get such negative comments when the person giving the negative comments does not know the entire situation. I once posted wanting to know if anyone knew of any self-help books for people who are in difficult marriages and how to feel good about yourself and all I received were posts saying divorce, take the kids and leave, etc, etc. I was not in a situation that would warrant leaving. But I too have read the posts below and there really are some terrible posts from people. I often think about a news story I heard awhile back about some lady who posted something on the internet about some girl and how she wasn't a nice person and didn't deserve to live (or something like that - don't know the exact wording right now), but this girl ended up killing herself because of that. When I see a post from someone who is down on themselves I try to post a positive message letting them know how important they are to the people who love them. I just don't understand why people get so much enjoyment out of posting "nasty-grams" and hurting others. I do believe in Karma and the Ripple effect and one day this will come back and bite them in the you know what.
I guess some never heard of the word karma

karma doesn't have to be tit for tat...it can come in non monentary ways!
