.   I wonder if these cats belong to neighbors.  They don't really look mistreated but the act real hungry.   They were shy of me at first  but are warming up.  I kind of want to keep them around, because we have mice problems.

We found a little ferel cat at some dumpster
I knew there were quite a few at a county dumpster across the highway from us. I went over there Sunday to feed them and this little bony, emaciated kitty came up to me....she looked like a kitten. She was starving to death and was eating so fast she was choking. I was shocked she came so close, so I picked her up. She had swollen lymph nodes all over her body, which I knew was a bad sign. They were so swollen on her throat she could barely make a sound and was mouth breathing. I couldn't leave her there, so I brought her home, started her on some antibiotics I had from one of my kitties, and didn't expect her to make it overnight. She was that sick and starved. I took her to the vet the next morning and sure enough, she said it was lymphoma and that she was far too far along, and we had to put her down. It broke my heart. SHe looked like a kitten but was about 3 years old the vet said. That's how emaciated she was. But the vet said that she would rather I bring her in and have her put down humanely rather than suffer at that dumpster and have some old dog drag her off. She was so pretty despite all the problems. She ate so good though, an entire small can...it was just so hard knowing there are so many more like her out there.
Sneak it to the stores' dumpster sm
at night or an office building that doesn't lock theirs????? Get the kids involved too? Take the stuff to the dumpster at the office where you worked even after you left?

This lady would be wise to ignore your advice. You sound like a real "choice" employee! Teach the kids to be dishonest. Wonderful and we wonder why kids act like they do!
