Mine look better when thinner, that's for sure.
The best way to slim down is actually by jumping rope because you avoid building your thigh muscles. You are mostly using your heart, lungs, feet and lower half of your calves and some tiny shoulder and wrist muscles. That's why it slims you instead of building muscles where most girls don't want to gain inches.

Not sure how long any of the self-tanner lotions or sprays will work if you are going to be in water a lot.
its different for everyone. i've been thinner,
and heavier and I still know I look good, and I feel good.  BUT, doesnt mean plump people dont watch what they eat...the weight just comes on too fast if you let it all go, which could be scary...the bigger ya get the harder things get like, walking, exercise..things like that.  I have never really had the choice.  I just YAM WAT I YAM...
Happier when thinner
Because it is easier to buy nice clothes that fit well.
Definitely happier thinner
My weight fluctuates and have been up and down 15 or so pounds and I definitely have much more confidence and feel happier in general when I'm thinner and at my ideal weight.
Need opinion on blood thinner experience sm
Have someone in hospital on the drip, but will come home in a few days with the pill form. She says "no dietary restrictions" and I am worried. You know how this profession is with the so-called "little knowledge" which is damaging. I've worked for many hospitals and have heard a lot in my day, but I am just an "in-law" and not considered "family" by her. I want to be helpful but nor buttinski, so I just say to be sure to speak to the doctor and perhaps a nutritionist before she leaves for home. Am I worrying needlessly? Just need another's opinion with this problem. For now, I am just shutting up. I really do care. She is lucky to be alive IMHO, don't want her to suffer anymore than she already has, legs to lungs, filter required. I know the warfarin is a very slippery slope and heard things like garlic and vitamin K cause problems. I know blood checks are a must. Perhaps I should just shut up and listen and mind my own business.
I'd totally trade the wrinkles in favor of being thinner.

I'm an adipose tissue roller coaster...I start to pack on the pounds come fall and then start to drop it all come spring.  It is so hard to stay active during winter...even everyday chores in winter aren't enough to keep my body type trim, and then there's all that glorious comfort food that shows up around those shorter, colder days that are of absolutely no help either.

Almost time to get that BBQ grill cleaned off and prepped for grillin healthy things like veggies and fish.  Now, if I could only hide the blender on myself so those pesky Margaritas stay away....

MMMmmmmm....summer!
