Probably a 3X or larger, depending on how busty she is. Talbot's (upscale) carries larger sizes; Woman Within's catalog is OK, Christopher & Banks Woman has good quality - and I even saw 3X, 4x, and 5X tops in Wal-Mart recently. I like L.L. Bean and Lands' End, as both have really good quality. Just Google "catalogs" and search for larger sizes. You'll find lots more -- Jessica London, Chadwick's, Roaman's. How do I know all this -- I was once 395 lb. at 5Ə" but lost 220 lb. over 13 years ago with GBS. And yes, I kept it off. Rosie
