Pajama mamma when I first came

home, kind of like a celebration of not having to go into the dreaded office anymore...Yeah! After awhile though I really noticed I was taking it to an extreme, sloppy, sloppy. I live in the country and really never hardly ever have a stranger drop by so that is not a worry. My DH has a very irregular schedule and I work evenings till 2 a.m. or later, so I do tend to stay in the PJ's until about 11:00 am, but I do try now to dress and sometimes even where a little bit of makeup most days. Just to feel better about myself. You really have to make it a priority though or else the day just slips by. Also have invested in some nice lounge type PJs, (since I really can't justify buying "new" clothes) not just baggy old sweats and oversized Tees, so if I do decide to stay in the jammies some on cold winter days when I don't leave the house at all, I won't look like such a slouch.

I used to be a pajama mama, but I'm a Flybaby now.
I've been trying to get the hang of FlyLady, and it's starting to work. I always used to be dressed in my flannel sleep pants, but now I get dressed every day before I even come downstairs. I still don't wear any shoes. FlyLady seems to think that's very important, but I don't. Usually jeans or casual slacks with enough Lycra to make 'em comfy for all day sitting. I'm also putting on light make-up in the a.m., just foundation, a little bronzer and some blush. Hubby has noticed, and he's been kissing me as soon as he walks through the door!
Being away from mamma too soon possible
Hubs got these babies in front of WalMart from a guy who said he "found" them. They were terribly young, could hardly walk but I think this might be a new thing for him. I guess now with not only being on call for their every whim regarding feed time, etc. I also will need to go in when he finishes to cover over his business (just kidding). They have me at their beck and call now. Hardly have time for me.
I think pretty sad state when you know so many mamma baby daddy?? stories
I do not know of 1 and believe you me, live in a huge city, have children, grandchildren. I would hate to say that I was such a s___ that I did not know my babies daddy. Really disgusting.
