Patches

In Reply to: Using the patch for smoking cessation SM - Hope you try it

I smoked and when I went home to work in 92 increased more. Tried the patches and had them up and down my arms, nothing! I smoked along with wearing them. I wound up in the hospital with really almost white-out of my lungs and they put me on theophylline IV. That was the trick that did it. It put me into overdrive, I guess like speed would do, up for 2 days straight, day and nite, not getting my beauty sleep (ha) and I was really pis*ed. That was in 98 and have not smoked 1 cigarette since. The treatment was a lot more than my love for the smoking and I was almost eating the cigarettes before then, about 2 packs per day.

I had a problem with severe dry skin patches also....

I found this Super E Natural vitamin E ointment for $5.00 at my local drug store and it went away almost immediately.  Hope you find something that helps!
