Your note seems to ramble. If you are asking about what if my baby cries, I have no babies at home. When I worked in an office had babysitters, daycare, whatever to take care of them- on the job inhouse you did not bring children to work and if I had small children now, probably would have outside help as this seems to be what most transcriptionists worry about, how to care for children while working. Ye gads, you have a job, be professional. If you want to take care of babies, visit with the neighbors, do your wash, etc be a housewife.
