Say what?

I have suffered with migraines for 28 years. Back in the day when I was on birth control pills, my doctor prescribed Cafergot, Midrin, and another med to be taken together. I was never taken off birth control pills but I was told by the neurologist that going off them "may" help diminish my migraines.

I know several young ladies who are on birth control pills and do have migraines. Their physicians prescribe the new medications for migraines and they take these while on birth control pills.

Unless she has medical issues which may be dangerous mixing BCP and these meds, maybe she should see another physician.
