want to see her anymore. Of course there is no nice way of doing this, but this "lady" appears not to have any manners at all, so a direct approach is probably the only way. I'd also keep the front door locked. She can also block her calls with the phone company, all it takes is a call to them. If she keeps coming over because she cannot reach her on the phone then get a restraining order, drastic, but it will work unless the lady wants to end up in jail.
