works for me. St. John's wort and valerian both gave me headaches when I tried them. I also use Aveeno lavendar shower wash. Also find aerobic exercise helps. Gets those endophorins going.

- There is an excellent one, but I don't think - it is legal. :))
- SAMe and St. John's Wort do that. It takes weeks to - get therapeutic, tho'. NM
- Chamomile tea, but might make you sleepy at first - KMT
