So sorry you are still suffering sm

Sounds like you need a referral to an ophthalmologist but depends on your coverage and how you go about it. It almost sounds like you need to be seen right away and if you can afford it, go ASAP to ER or walk-in and they will refer you hopefully. Hope it's minor, but the eye can be very painful. I once had an eye infection and they gave me garamycin eye drops and I was allergic to the drops, so I can feel your pain. In this business, eyes and ears - gosh, I feel bad for you. Anyone else, can you help this poor lady, this is not her first post and she needs help. Feel better, get some rest. We care. Have you checked your symptoms online with Mayo Clinic, Web MD, etc., maybe you can get some suggestions as to which other routes are available for your problem.

Regarding our posts about suffering below (sm)

I am the one who said that I am a Christian but that I don't understand the suffering in the world either.  I also disagree with Christians being self-righteous - this article/video shows that Christians and Muslims should be able to live together in harmony and we should all realize that  when we become too intellectually/religiously arrogant, we forget the whole point.

Could you be suffering from a depression?
Maybe go to your doctor and ask for an exam regarding your symptoms of being tired and wanting to always eat. Those are signs of depression. Are you on an antidepressant? They certainly have helped me.

to not allow someone to end their suffering is messed up.

After suffering a miscarriage, I'm pregnant again!....sm

I had a miscarriage in November at 8 weeks after having abnormal test results and got pregnant after my first period in December.  I'm now 7-1/2 weeks and the baby looks great on the ultrasound and blood work they drew.  I'm due on September 14th and my husband & I are tickled pink (or is that blue?)

For those of you who responded to my post in November about having the miscarriage thanks for the support and encouraging us to try again.  I've had a lot of women tell me that they had a successful pregnancy after a miscarriage and while the emotional pain of the miscarriage is still there, it was comforting to know I wasn't alone.

So true, where's God during all this pain and suffering? :(
I'm so sorry about your friend.
Anyone out there suffering with fibroids?? I was just told by my gyno today that I need to have -sm

a hysterectomy because mine has grown double in size in the last three years (the size of a 14-15 week fetus).  I am not crazy over surgery (because of the size it will have to be abdominal not vaginal).  I have heavy bleeding and clotting but really no pain otherwise.  I have been trying to lose weight because I read somewhere where that would help.  I have lost not quite 20 pounds by walking everyday but I haven't noticed a difference yet.  I just turned 40 a month ago.  Anyone have any words of wisdom for me before I commit to a hysterectomy (he said he will leave my ovaries so I don't have to deal with menopause now) but I just don't want to be laid up for 6 weeks right now.

Thanks so much.
