I was talked into bifocals, as he said he had to change my driving glasses to less but my reading from 0.25 to more.Cost me $255 with coverage. I also called later to question why my health care provider said they would pay $70 towards new glasses and yet this was not offered and/or deducted. I then called and they said, "Oh, yes, we have to be paid first, but then you go after them." It's always a story. He was very "good" though and spent much time with me.  I will further research the lutein and also will try to pay more attention to myself, as I have always been a work horse, ignoring myself. What happened was 5 years ago I saw a young out of school lady who suggested I have my eyelids lifted via plastic surgery, etc. In the profession I chose, I have done many ops and said, "No way!" But on this board I knew I could get other opinions. They said eye surgery now only takes 10 minutes - I don't care - I love my eyes!! Thanks so much, I will see much better now but will be very, very careful with my eye exams. Just so relieved as I was absolutely avoiding any bad news with my eyes after spending 12 hour days as an MLS. Thank you!! You go as well, please, I was in a "clouded" world for a long time, absolutely needless! Positive experience today.
