The best one for me is

the OTC Nizoral. It's expensive, but so worth it. I just used it today. It's great for getting your scalp and hair clean, and yet it combs out without having to use conditioner (conditioner makes my problem worse). It smells nice. Do leave it on the recommended length of time. That's important with a dandruff shampoo. It smells nice and is soothing for me and fixes the problem better than anything else. Massage with your finger pads; don't dig with your nails, at least for the condition I have.

There is also a Rx version, and it has the same active ingredient but was irritating for my skin.
