going around. The one I had had the sore throat, hoarseness, BODY ACHE, chills, and COUGH. Supposedly other people had fever too, but I did not. Another one is a stomach flu. It sounds like your son has yet a different one. I hope he is better soon and nobody else in the family gets it.
