if you keep bailing him out of his financial problems he'll never learn to leave by his means because he knows you'll give him the money. If you don't want to be stuck with always handing out the cash give him an ultimatum to get his act together, that you'll never give him another dime and then you'll see how much he really likes you. Some men/women act like they like the other person only because they want money from them and really don't care about the other person.
