Actually they told me they think she is about 2 years old, she's just very petite!  I give her both wet and dry cat food but I have seen her head for the dog's food bowl at times.  Other than that she seems to really enjoy her cat food!  Maybe I'll try switching brands to see if that helps with the gas.

Tinkerbell....what a cute name!  Congrats on the new addition to your family!

My sister used to call me Aunt Catfarm......Never had to go out and adopt cats....living in the country folks would toss out pregnant cats and dogs.. 2 at one time ended up at my house....My crazy dogs (most of them had been dropped off in the same manner) led them there saying "She's nice, she'll take care of ya!"  All the kittens from those litters found great homes ( I interviewd potential pet guardians/parents before they left my house), and the moms (Fiona and Celina, the best mousers ever) lived happily ever after.

Oh, guess I must have kittens on the brain because I have a fairly young one myself right now. :-) I still say to switch food as a first step. Let us know how she does!

I posted awhile back that I adopted this little cat (2 years old) recently.  She is a sweetie!  However, I think she may have worms.  I saw a little white thing near her rear end, and sure enough, it's one of those little thingies that look like rice.  Is there anything OTC I can get that will be effective to get rid of these?  eck !
thanks tinkerbell, but
no, we've been married 25 yr, he's not going to do it. The kids are grown and gone and won't allow him to smoke in their house. He'll quit smoking inside ours just before the grandkids come over -- or our daughter won't bring them. but not for me. If i had it to do again, would absolutely NEVER marry a smoker. I hate it with a purple passion.
Tinkerbell...
Yeh, I was real hard at work at the time of the picture. That was when I had my own outside MT Business. Now I am back at home, still just as hard at work but much much less stressed!! Again, have a very very nice Thanksgiving!!
Question for Tinkerbell (sm)
Does the med cause weight gain?
