There is a moist hydrocolloid dressing marketed as 2nd Skin Moist Burn pads or another brand is Physician's Choice Advanced Wound Care. My teenage son burned himself (also on the abdomen) a few years ago and said they really made a difference. He had some ugly blisters at the time, but they healed without a scar.
I bought the 2nd Skin Burn Pads at CVS, but you could probably find something similar at any large drug store.
