I think all of us who work at home have gone through variations of this at one point or another.  The key thing is to remember that if you worked in an office setting, you wouldn't be doing laundry before yuo go to work (probably) or cleaning, or what have you, so you shouldn't be doing it even if going to work means stepping into the next room.  Try sticking to a schedule  - whatever your schedule might be, if it's evenings or mornings or what have you.  I found that actually writing a schedule out helped me visualize it more.   The thing that helped me was to really think about how I would utilize my time if my work was done in an office 30 minutes away as opposed to my office 3 feet away.  If I wouldn't be throwing a load of laundry in for the first scenario, then I shouldn't be doing it for the second.  It can and does wait until my day off.
