I just add extra, extra cheese (sharp cheddar cheese--because we love it). I make my macaroni as usual (cheese, milk, etc). Then, as I am putting it in the baking pan, I am adding extra shredded cheese in layers. Then, add the shredded cheese to the top and bake!
