Manuevers to stimulate the vagus nerve (slows heart rate).  Some I know place their faces in cold water, some do Valsalva maneuvers.  That is usually done right after symptoms start.   If that doesn't work there is drug treatment for it.  If it still remains a problem an electrophysiologist can perform ablation treatment.  Check out Google for this problem and also search under electrophysiology topics regarding ablation.  Good luck.  I think that sometimes this problem waxes and wanes and sometimes there are long periods between episodes.
