We both signed an agreement that

I would pay for the setting up of the rescue group, license, incorporation fees, food, medicine and in return I would be able to rescue and interact with the animals. In the months since starting in January, I have only been able to pull animals 1 time. It is said in the agreement signed that should this be broken, then the monies I have spent would be refunded. I have spent out about $3,000- $4,000 and that was the agreement we signed and apparently by refusing to take my calls or emails she is breaking the agreement. Does not make me any more angry to ask.

Looks like you signed and are liable. Sorry you had a fever when you signed.

It was just signed here into law
in Washington state that it is illegal to protest within 500 feet of a funeral because this is the same thing that has happened in this state.  I am so glad it was signed just yesterday.  I think these people are full of hate.
THANKS , I SIGNED UP FOR IT nm

Another in agreement!!!
I have a friend who allows her 21yo daughter and her boyfriend to live in their home and do whatever they want. I think it is totally inappropriate, and it sickens me.

I completely agree with you and your morals. You have every right to establish the rules in your own home!
I am sorry, but I am in agreement with the above
poster when she asked if this person had common sense. Why in the world otherwise would you even question what you did about not giving a stranger a ride? Why does it have to be a troll when someone disagrees? I read these all yesterday and saying returned to write up a complaint. How many thousands of people go into malls each day? I would believe most malls have more important things to do than take seriously a request for a ride, really! When reading these posts yesterday I was wondering if she were some young, naïve person myself.
100% agreement with you
I wonder if AI is losing fans this year. This is actually boring with the way it is being done. I would only hope that next year it goes back to the previous.
Another one in agreement here - sm
Yes, get those babies some place where they are handled and talked to daily.  Touch and stroke them from head to toe, rub them, hold them, carry them around, let them be exposed to some noise (within reason of course!).  They need to be socialized to find homes.  I always look for the cat or kitten that runs to greet me and does not mind being picked up and is purring the entire time.  They probably need to nurse at least 6 weeks, then mama can get fixed.  BTW, I would love if my vet charged only $75!  That is a real bargain.  Let us know how it goes!  Oh, and I would get rid of hubby before the cats, but mine knows that!
Thanks to both of you! I've signed up and am

I am in total agreement with you.
I have been working today and just thinking about not ever having to do any business with anyone who talks like the ones I have done today. I laughed the other day when 1 on here asked when did she go from Transcriptionist to interpreter. You may not know this, but years ago we got a difficulty factor, just for dictators like we have to do day after day now, unbelievable, isn't it? None of those dictators could even approach what we hear now. It is irritating. Some days I have taken off a little early when I know I am having 1 after the other, can make up that time another day- just too irritating and getting on my nerves to continue.
New rule - anyone in agreement?
New rule - if a person goes to the ER and says she has 10 out of 10 pain, but sits on the table laughing and joking with her mother, playing with game boy thingy (or this could be a guy too), claims she has 10 out of 10 pain, but is not showing any signs of pain and is talking on her cell phone, the doctor should be able to tell her she needs to go to her regular physician the next day as she is not showing any signs of pain and the emergency room is just that - for emergencies (you know things like gunshot wounds, asthma attacks and other states of emergencies - hence the term "emergency" room.  If they can't get in to their doctor then go to day care, in/out or whatever it is called but don't come back to the er unless there is definitely an emergency.  I know all about how ERs are not suppose to turn away anyone, but this is getting out of hand.  Oh yes, and then have a bill ready for the cost they have just incurred by the use of the ER for a non-emergency type visit.  Anyone else share similar views?
I'm in complete agreement with you. SM
I talked to my daughter about the "facts of life" and my stepson, when he lived with us. They understood exactly how easy it was to get pregnant or get a girl pregnant.

It amazed me when my daughter told me some friends from school didn't know menstruation was a cycle. They thought it just happens!

I don't care if a parent is conservative or liberal, you must talk to your children and discuss sex with them and explain how their bodies grow into adulthood. If you want to stress abstinence, fine, do it, but by all means talk to them. Give them the facts, then have trust they will do the right thing and getting pregnant at 17 is NOT the right thing.

I believe this all has to do with the total dumbing down of America. And we wonder why things are so bad.
and I assume they have all signed HIPAA
contracts!  Sorry about your loss.  That is a crowded workstation.  Why do my cats think they can sit in my lap while I type?
She ALLOWED it to happen. She signed for it.
She's no saint nor even a decent parent to not stand up for her child.

What a bunch of crap.

I got signed up 20 years ago at a presentation...

by a sister-in-law who had ties in Idaho.  You had to commit to buying so much product each month, the products - even the shampoos and laundry soaps - smelled horrible, and there was no money to be made.  Most people I know turn around and walk away when you start with the Amway, TEAM, Herbalife, Mona Vie, etc.

I had a friend who got into Mellaluca 7 or 8 years later in a different state, and she tried to recruit me then, so we got to talking about how I had been there done that.  She never made any money either.  Just my experience.

principal should not have signed the form
if the student was not allowed to go. By signing the form, he gave permission. Therefore, the student should have no problems getting his diploma. He has the principal's signature saying it was okay to go, which is better than words saying he should not go.
Two $1 lottery tickets! :) And an agreement

This Southern Gal is in total agreement with you! Nothing else need be said.

My husband and I made an agreement...
that if I had to have a C-section, I would have the tubal and if I didn't, he would get the vasectomy. That way, if I was already being cut open, they could just take care of it at the same time. Unfortunatly, I lost, but I would have gone through the recovery anyway, so now I have two beautiful sons and will not be having any more. I don't know if that will help you guys, but it worked for us.
Boy I sure did YESTERDAY! Just signed on this a.m., haven't noticed yet. nm

If you haven't signed yet wtih DirecTV or
you're still in your recission period, call Dish Network and see if they offer the local channels in your area.  I have Dish and I know that it took them quite a few years to be able to offer me my local channels.
For several years I signed a permission slip
for a scoliosis test for my daughter. I know she has a curve. She has to go for an x-ray every year to see if there has been any progression, and there has been slight progression but not enough to do anything yet. I have never once recieved anything from the school stating that we should get this checked. School nurse has always said she was fine.
I'm in complete agreement. If major problem, everyone

I am in total agreement. 13 years old and wanting to date - no way!!..
One of the problems is, as a previous poster write, is DRAMA.  Some girls live for the DRAMA (i come from a family of six girls).  These kids (but not all) want to and in some ways are forced to grow up too danged fast and it can lead to life-long problems if they do not have a strong mom/dad or just an extended strong family support system.  The media has played and contuinues to play a role in the evolution of our teenagers as well (MTV, etc).  That is why it is important to keep these kids busy and involved in activities because it is helpful,.  JMO..
get your facts straight. Rosie signed a school year

that was when her original contract was supposed to expire, June 2007, a school-year yearly contract.  ABC wanted her to sign a 3-year contract for the amount of $$ she requested.........and she only wanted to sign a one-year contract.......

I will miss her as I had given up the View due to Star Jones' fiascos....and now, once again, after June, I will never watch it again.  Rosie brought the ratings up because after 9 years of Star Jones, people were tired of the show.

Ta-Ta to The View and ABC.....
