dig up all the nasty bermuda roots to do that. Price wise I know it might be cheaper to sod in the long run, but we do have areas that are decent fescue, and they are very weirdly shaped. We are trying to convert to all tall fescue, but it's pretty tough to get rid of bermuda. It was never pretty bermuda. But my dad told us to buy a certain type of tall fescue that does spread. It's called Vigoro Ultra Turf.
