Well, I'm right behind you on the age, 46, but

i would do it all again, the four C-sections and all.. there were times when I could strangle them.. lol.. but I didn't they survived, I survived & I don't consider myself "old", but when my #2 son Jake & his wife found out they were gonna have a baby, I was kinda "iffy" about being a grandma.. then we found out they were having twins of all things.. it hadn't soaked in yet that I was gonna be grandma, BUT, grandbabies are IT~ nothing like the grandbabies.. the twins(girls) just turned 3 May 31 & they also have a 6 month old little boy, my oldest son's fiance has 3 children as well, 2 girls and a boy.. so I went in the past 3 years from no grandbabies to 6 .. I asked them what happened to easing into it?? oh well, wouldn't change it for anything..
