What's next...he can't buy a car cos he's a sex offender, he can't buy a house cos he's a sex offender. Hey, how about he shouldn't be allowed to buy food cos he's a sex offender. He paid for his time. I think whoever original wrote "should he be allowed to keep it" is probably jealous cos they haven't won the lotto. He has a serious mental illness that he needs help for. Maybe the lotto will afford him the help he needs.
