Have everyone bring a dish. Or if you want to feed everyone, how about different kinds of chili - a veggie, beef & turkey & maybe a no beans (that way you please everyone, hopefully). Bake up some cornbread and have some tortilla chips & crackers on hand, along with shredded cheese, salsa, sour cream, peppers/olives. You could also do make-your-own tacos/burritos.

Our church is having a "Girl's Night Out" potluck
The men are to bring the main courses & the ladies will bring the deserts . DH says he will go by KFC & pick up a bucket of chicken or bring bread but he isn't cooking ! Has your church or organization done this ? How was it ? Were there some unique dishes brought ? I told him I have some easy to make dishes but he said "I'm not cooking".
