I saw Alli at Walmart and it seems expensive, however, they are always out. I heard it causes side effects such as oily diarrhea (sorry) but that's what I heard. I have pretty good luck with Slimfast Optima, but have to also diet and move by walking which I do not do well in the winter. It is an uphill battle and not an easy one. I cut out all white bread, use only whole grain and sweet potatoes instead of white. Helps a little, not that dramatic though. Also, no alcohol, soda or salt. Boring!!
