When I have

I massage my hands.  As if I was putting on lotion.  I do it about three or four times in a row with a break of a couple minutes between each massage.  Sometimes it is just my ring finger and pinky on each hand that seem to be freezing, sometimes it is all my fingers.  Strange.  But I started doing this and noticed that after about three or four * massages *, they are warm and fine to type.

Sometimes I start the first massage by just rubbing the palms together, then after a couple minutes, do the massage. 

I also do finger stretches.

I hope this helps you like it has helped me.  I just hated to heat the entire room just because my fingers were so cold I could not type.
