When I wore contacts - sm
They made me go every year, even when I was in my 20s.  They said they had to make sure my eyes were still healthy, so that I could continue wearing them.
Wore contacts, glasses and what have you
for years and years. I was nearsighted, vision was 7 inches in front of my face and then fuzzy. I finally had Lasik but was told I probably would still need glasses for reading afterwards, no problem for me. I go to the dollar store and get whole bunch of the $ glasses and they work just fine for me, all that I need. I just try on until I get comfortable reading and there you go!
I wore the same dress I wore for my
senior dinner and for graduation. I met DH after school....ummm....I don't know if he ever seen me in it or not...BUT my ex did! LOL

Need new contacts, which ones do you prefer? sm

I currently wear Acuvue but my eyes get so dry. Any opinions are appreciated!

Thanks

I had similar issues with my contacts. sm
I've found that wearing my glasses while working helps with that 'gritty' feeling.  It also seem to reduce the number of tension headaches I get.  Not sure why though.  Perhaps I blink less when wearing my contacts than I do when wearing glasses.
I swim for fun a lot - and I wear contacts - sm
I keep them in and so far haven't lost any but don't open my eyes under water unless I wear goggles :-)
OMG...That makes my eyes water just looking at it. And I DON'T wear contacts. nm

I have two pits and they both wore little - sm
doggy coats when they were pups in the winter time. They were so cute in them. I couldn't find coats for them when they got bigger or they would still be wearing them.

Although, it's really cold here in the winter and it makes a trip to the potty very short. They go out, do their business and want to come right back in.
I WORE my dog's collar before I ever put it on her.
It does NOT hurt, especially if it's on low. She hasn't even worn the collar in years, but we had to do something because she was the barkingest dog and our neighbor is a fruit loop who calls the cops for everything. Let's see, get rid of the dog to the pound that likely would have KILLED her or use a bark collar? No-brainer decision there. A spray bottle with water in it works well for discouraging bad behavior, too.
I wore them for 3 years.

I know exactly how you  feel, but in my case I could either suffer like that for 3 years or go through life looking like a rabbit.  I had buck teeth bad.  Anyway, I made it through and glad I did.  You do eventually get used to them.  Good luck to you!

Oh - but still wore pull-ups at night - until 5!! (nm)

I wore them as an adult for 18 months - sm
Nobody likes wearing them, but you will eventually get used to them and what you can and cannot do while wearing them and practically forget they are there.  I know I am SO glad I did because I have a pretty smile now and no overlapping teeth.  Hang in there!!!!
Wore very expensive clothes. No one said a word.
