I had just arrived at the college dorm for my freshman year when I noticed all these girls crying their eyes out. I was a bit freaked at first because I couldn't imagine what was going on and not knowing anyone at that point in time, I didn't want to ask. I figured it out rather quickly when I heard Elvis music bellowing out from various stereos on my hall. It wasn't really a shock, not with the tremendous weight gain and reported health problems he suffered from.
