Why should he have a key,

It seems to me that letting him have a key to his mother's house while he is residing at his sister's would really make managing a 16-year old much more difficult, i.e. "I'm staying at mom's." or maybe "I'm staying with my sister."  Before you know it, no one knows here he is.  If he wants a key, he should have to stay at home.  Besides, I don't know too many 29 year olds who are going to deal with the 16-year-old mouth.  I think that this whole situation will resolve itself.  Give this gal a break, will ya please!?!
